Please note that to secure a booking we do require credit card details to cover cancellation charges should they become necessary.

For your personal security, we will contact you via a land based phone to obtain those details.
Please ensure the phone number provided is a landline and include your area code along with a suitable time frame to call you.

The person making this booking request is responsible for any cancellation charges if they become necessary as described herein and for informing any other people included in the booking, of these potential cancellation charges.

Your card details are retained for the purposes of the cancellation policy below

The price indicated on the website is the cash price in NZ$.
We do not take payment now. Payment due on the day of arrival.

All cancellations will incur a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days of your booking date incur 50% fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of your booking date, and no shows on the day, incur a 100% fee.

If we are able to fill the room/s for any of the nights booked, we will only debit (you) the guest, for the balance of un-booked accommodation.

If any nights previously booked are re-let, no charges will be made.

Special rates may apply on Public and School Holidays and major event weekends.

Prices on the web site are subject to change without notification.
